✨ Calling all 13-16 year old comic makers ✨
Centre for Stories, in collaboration with Perth Comic Arts Festival and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, is offering five young creatives the chance at a hands-on mentorship with acclaimed comic artist Lola Baldsing.
Lola‘s work is built around a deep love for character driven narratives interwoven with fantasy and queer themes. They’ve featured in Westerly Magazine, Koguchi Magazine, and PCAF’s Tale Town. Lola is also the Deputy Chair and Market Director of the Perth Comic Arts Festival, so not only will you be improving your comic making skills, you’ll be networking as well!
These five young creators will get to show off their printed comics at the Perth Comic Arts Festival!
The mentoring workshops will be held at the same time and location across several Sundays:

Please note, if you accept a ticket you are expected to attend every workshop.
