PCAF, in association with the Musée de la Bande Dessinée, is very proud to announce that the inaugural WA comics-artist residency in Brussels is awarded to Alicia Rutigliano!
From a long-listed field of 16, PCAF sent five shortlisted applications to Brussels for a final selection to be made.
Judges at the Musée de la Bande Dessinée awarded the residency to Alicia for a well-developed project, the quality of the art and storytelling, as well as for the proposal’s clarity about the benefits access to the Museum’s resources would bring to Alicia’s comics work.
Congratulations Alicia! We know you’ll do WA and PCAF proud!
