What are the Silly Billies, I hear you ask? Only the silliest, most trivial, most inconsequential comic awards this side of the equator! Silly categories include “The Best Rendering of a Butt” and “The Sparkliest Anime Eyes”. Nominations were made on Market Day at this year’s PCAF to our roving judges.
