We’re thrilled to announce Atsushi Kaneko as our very first VIP Guest for PCAF 2025!
Atsushi Kaneko is a manga artist. His alternative style distances him from mainstream manga. His works include Bambi, SOIL, Wet Moon, Deathco, Search & Destroy, and EVOL. His manga have been translated and published in many countries, especially across Europe.
SOIL won the prize for cartoonists at the St. Malo Literary Festival in France. Wet Moon won the French Comics Critics Award (ACBD Critic’s Prize). He also wrote and directed the anthology film Rampo Jigoku. In recent years, he has further expanded his activities as an artist, holding solo exhibitions. His latest work EVOL is being adapted into a TV series, and distributed by DMM TV.
