PCAF Stories is looking for new presenters for Kids PCAF Stories, happening Sunday the 1st of November at the State Library Theatre. If you’re based in WA, or you’ll be in Boorloo for the event, we’d love to see what you make!

Donations to this fundraiser will be used to sustain the ongoing operation of the PCAF Market Hall, ensuring it remains free to attend for visitors and accessible to independent artists, as well as provide future opportunities for local comic makers. Next year we’ll be celebrating 10 years of the Perth Comic Arts Festival from July 12th to 18th! PCAF 2027 will be loaded with all of your favourite programming like Academy Day, Market Hall, Deep Dive Workshops, Look Hear, an exciting new Exhibition and a new edition of TALE TOWN.
In addition, we’re excited to reveal that the 2027 Festival will also feature an Academic Comic Symposium and an International Comic Publishing Rights Market.
The Perth Comic Arts Festival, in association with the Musée de la Bande Dessinée, is very proud to present the first comics-artist residency in Brussels available to Western Australian comic artists. Between October and December 2026, for three weeks, the Museum is hosting Belgian and international comic artists in Brussels for an artistic residency. Applications close August 14th.
