Perth Comic Arts Festival is a listed not-for-profit under the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission. This event has grown year on year as a result of offering opportunities to all comic makers and illustrators. PCAF is not owned and run by private interests, but by Western Australian creators and readers. As the festival is open to all – just like art should be – the organisation is now calling for new members and the election of Organising Committee members for PCAF 2020.
If you’re passionate about building the arts scene in Perth and gaining some impressive not-for-profit events management experience, please consider membership and running for one of the Festival’s elected positions.
Membership is $5 for one year and gives you a vote in the AGM, the right to run for an elected position or hold a prescribed role, the right to attend the organsing committee meetings and discounted PCAF events.

Please ensure your payment has been made with the correct reference upon sending the completed form. The current committee will review all new applicants and confirm membership by 26 November 2019.
Festival Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Wednesday 18 December at 6pm. An agenda and address will be sent to all confirmed members via email.
Along with the Chair’s Report and the Treasurer’s Report, the 2019 organising committee will step down, allowing for the election of the organising committee for the 2020 festival.
All current PCAF members attending the AGM will be able to vote.
The elected positions (Festival Chair, Secretary & Treasurer) will also be elected from members of the Organising Committee.
PCAF 2020 Key Dates
Membership Opens: 25th October.
Nominations for the Organising Committee and Elected Positions must be received by midnight Wednesday 11 December.
Proxy voting forms will be issued 12 December.
Proxy voting forms must be returned by 5pm Wednesday 18 December.
